This German company manufactures high quality dust extraction. These extractors work perfectly with Timesavers deburring machines. We take care of installing the machine and extraction unit.

Bring your deburring process to the next level. Connecting a return table to your deburring machine has several advantages. First of all, it increases operator efficiency. One operator can easily load and unload the machine from one side. Return tables are also available in a 360 degree execution. This can be interesting when products need to get a double-sided finish. Then it is just a matter of loading, turning and unloading. Moreover, it is a great solution for products that need to be put in a mould for processing. You only need to replace the finished parts in the mould with new ones, while the process is ongoing.

Timesavers can also arrange turnover units to integrate in the deburring process. These units turn the sheet metal parts for double sided finishing. An example is the installation at Steel Constructions. A grinding machine, a turnover unit and a second grinding machine. The whole process of deburring, edge rounding and finishing can be done for parts up to 6 metres!
